  • This place is good too. I have eaten the tacos. My buddy had the enchilada which made me a little jealous. Thats what I'll order the next time for sure.

  • Nice Blog, First time I have really read through it. There are quite a few OC blogs that come and go.

    I read the post about the Taco eating competition at Tacos 7 Co somewhere. The winner only ate about 6 or so of those tiny Tacos. I wish I would have known. I would have blown that away. Keep me posted if there are any more eating contests like that.

    You blog is great. It has a variety of restaurants from sit down, to taqerias (which I prefer) and great pictures. I like how you primarily talk about the food rather than adding a bunch of extra fluff.

    I would love to see more Taco truck recommendations. Especially those Taco trucks that specialize in seafoods and ceviche.

    Have you been to Carnitas Los Reyes in Orange? $1.15 for HUGE tacos and of course their carnitas is insanely good! Eat it there so you get chips and salsa and the carrots and stuff. its in Orange on the corner of Palmyra and Tustin.

    Part of me wants to get into blogging again. But it just seems so saturated right now with OC Food Bloggers.

    Have you been to Mi Casa in Costa Mesa? Really the only good thing are their fish tacos, fried tacos, chips and salsa, rice and beans. You better like cheese. But its worth it to just to go for that.

    Looking forward to you helping me find great Fried Taco places. Also looking for great Menudo.

  • Leroy, I don't think I've had enchiladas yet at Taco Adobe but you make it sound like they're good.

    Yeah, there's a number of OC food blogs and a handful of them actually have very dedicated writers. I by no means only eat Mexican food but I just picked one kind of food to write about for my blog.

    We do have a Carnitas Los Reyes guest review here. Have you seen the "Where Have We Been?" entry yet? It shows a complete list of all the restaurants covered so far. We also have a guest review of Mi Casa. (I'm making it sound like I don't review restaurants on my own at all.)

    And, yeah, there's more taco truck reviews coming. In fact all sorts of reviews and content coming. One place I have to finish writing about has menudo so there'll be a report on that.
