Baja Fresh Fire-grilled Tacos

Hot on the heels of a couple other fresh mex chains introducing gourmet tacos comes Baja Fresh with their fire-grilled tacos. You can get chicken, shrimp or steak (or all three together in a platter like I did), each with different toppings; my favorite was probably the chicken one with the pineapple slice in it:
