Taco Rosa November 2007 Specials

In honor of El Dia de los Muertos (The Day of the Dead), both Taco Rosa locations are offering the following special menu items for the month of November:

Soup

Cocido de Res
"Lean beef and shank slowly simmered with guajillo, corn, chayote, carrots, cabbage, and cilantro."

Puntas de Filete a la Tinga
"Tips of beef tenderloin sauteed with chipotle, bay leaves, oregano, tomatoes, garlic and onions. Served with arroz del dia, frijoles charros, and hand-pressed corn tortillas."

"Tender leg of lamb baked in banana leaves and presented with au jus. Served with arroz del dia, frijoles charros, and traditional condiments."
