The Chili Pepper - Review #2 (Photo Super Post)
The Chili Pepper 167 S Main St Orange, CA 92868 (714) 639-2840
Was just there the other night. They had their jalapeno cream soup as an appetizer and I just had to order it. Wow, was that good. Just the stuff for a cold almost winter OC night (yeah right!). Anyways, that soup was typical of their soups. Someone in the kitchen really knows how to do soups.
Being in a festive mood, I also ordered their mole negro chicken enchiladas. Just outstanding! And the service was perfect. No wonder we keep going back (kinda makes trying out some of the other great restaurants described on this blog hard to do).
It's a great time of the year for the Chili Pepper, what with the place being decked out for Christmas. It's definitely worth the trip to Orange.
Mmmmm...
ReplyDeleteMmmmm...is right.
ReplyDeleteI love this place.....do they still bring you those little lemon or apple burritos after your meal?
ReplyDeleteYes, those are shown in the last picture but I couldn't remember either what they were called.

Thanks for the comment. Glad you had a great experience. Hopefully you can still try some other restaurants sometime.
