Went to Baja Fresh to try their new Fire-grilled Chicken Torta Sandwich. The one thing I have to say about it is that it had the best torta roll I've ever had. Wasn't expecting that. It also had a really good sauce on it that their website doesn't mention and there was no information about it on the signage at the location I went to. And what is the secret ingredient in their Salsa Molcajete?

Baja Fresh Fire-grilled Chicken Torta

The East Coast promo, i.e. the coupon mailer, has three coupons. 1) Buy one Torta get a second for $1.99; 2) $5.00 off any $15.00 purchase; and 3) A Torta Chicken Sandwich for $ 5.49.
ReplyDeleteNo mention of any sauce.
Thanks for mentioning all those. That is the same mailer I got but I just got lazy and only mentioned the one I could've used the day before.
ReplyDeleteFunny, Christian..I didn't have the same reaction about the bread..I did enjoy my torta, and at the $5.49 coupon price...
ReplyDeleteMaybe it tasted better because I paid more for it . . . or some sort of metaphysical thing like that.
ReplyDelete"The Fire Grilled Chicken Torta comes with charbroiled chicken, Queso Fundido, sour cream, mayo, tomato slices, avocado slices, romaine lettuce, and salsa crema"
ReplyDeleteThe little cup that came with it seemed like a chipotle crema sauce.
That seems to describe well what I had on mine.
