Authentic Mexican tacos and more right in the heart of Fountain Valley with Mexican meats that maybe most FV residents wouldn't jump at. Meats such as buche, cabeza and lengua. That about says it all. When I went there there were several crews of Mexican construction workers heartily enjoying the food. So if that's your determinant for what makes a great Mexican place then Tacos el Rancho is it.
