Be sure to check the specials board and ask your server about variations in the specials offered each day. The items mentioned here will generally be available throughout the remainder of January 2008 but there may be slight variations from day to day. Here's one item that is sort of a secret special for the month of January:
Medaliones de Filete
"Two beef tenderloin medallions charbroiled and smothered in a green tomatillo sauce with potatos and black beans."

Mmm, oh how I hate Taco Rosa for having these specials, because then I have to go back and eat there again to try them! Oh wait, maybe that was their idea. :-) These do sound good. If I can get C to go, I'll try the swordfish and see if he wants what sounds like the super-fattening beef-ham-potato-bacon-cheese option (yum). I've also been having caramel cravings lately. But the sign says four crepes and I only see two: what up?

I was wondering about the four/two discrepancy as well but maybe we can feel better that apparently it really is less fattening.
