Thanksgiving Taleo Style

Taleo - Logo

With the holidays upon us Taleo Mexican Grill at the Park Place Center in Irvine is offering its seasonal items once again for the months of November and December. The centerpiece is their turkey tamales in yellow mole sauce, topped with cranberry sauce, and served with a side of spinach:

I haven't tried it yet but I've been told that they also have a "Puritan squash" that you can get as the vegetable side with their entrees throughout the season.

For dessert they have brought back their sweet potato flan:

When I went with a few co-workers to take these pictures we ordered the sweet potato flan as we were finishing up our entrees but found out another table had just barely ordered the last available one for the day (the picture seen above is from last year). I guess more people know about it than I thought, so always be sure to ask about the availability of any item.

Here's what my co-workers got when we went for lunch yesterday, two of them ordering from the few non-Mexican items on the menu:

We are pleased to offer a coupon in conjunction with Taleo Mexican Grill in Irvine good for a complimentary appetizer or dessert item of your choice.

Good to know! I'm going to California in a month or two. Now I'm hungry.

Hope you get to try some of these things. Always ask what specials they have. I don't know the exact end date for the holiday menu. It could end before the end of the year or maybe even spill over into January.
