Taco Bell's Big Bell Box Meal

Hot on the heels of its Fiesta Platters Taco Bell now introduces the Big Bell Box Meal for the low price of $4.99. This combo meal consists of:

  • Bacon Club Chalupa
  • Crunchy Taco
  • Bean Burrito
  • Large Soda
  • Cinnamon Twists
Its official site says that it's made for men but I can imagine two women sharing it, or one very hungry one because that's a lot of food.

UPDATE (April 18, 2008):

I went and got a box for myself earlier today:

UPDATE:

Many people are wondering how many calories are in the Big Bell Box Meal. By my calculations it adds up to 1180 calories without the soda. If you get a diet soda then no calories are added. Also, you don't have to eat everything in the box. When I tried it myself I only had about half of the cinnamon twists.

UPDATE (October 2, 2008):

People are always searching for information on how much the Big Bell Box Meal costs. I have seen it for $4.99. If anybody else has seen it for a different price please leave a comment and tell us what the different price is and where you saw it. Also be aware that there are now more options for what you can get in your Big Bell Box Meal.

UPDATE (May 22, 2009):

There is now also a Volcano Box meal:

UPDATE (October 4, 2010):

The new Box meal appears to be centered around the new Chicken Flatbread Sandwich, with the sandwich, some kind of taco (Taco Supreme?), some kind of combo burrito, cinnamon twists and a soda for $5.

I just killed one for lunch. Second time I've had this since it was released. For whoever's counting calories it's only 1,550 total + whatever your drinking. Not bad.

$5.99 + tax in Arizona. Our meal might be a bit different: volcano taco, burrito supreme, crunchwrap, twists, and a drink.

Thanks for the info. I want people from all over the country chiming in when they see a different price.

When it first came out, the meal costs $4.99 + tax. It consists of 1 Burrito Supreme, 1 Cruchwrap Supreme, 1 Volcano Taco, 1 order of Cinnamon Twists and a large drink. Thats a good deal. I went today to the same Taco Bell that I purchased the first one from and it cost $6.99 + tax. This Taco Bell is located in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. Still a good deal at the higher price, but what's up with that?
