Souplantation

Went to Souplantation last night and they had a really good Mexican soup there called Albondigas Locas; lots of meatballs, corn, celery, rice, etc., in a full-flavored broth. I don't think they have it all the time but you can always check ahead by looking at their website which gives complete menu information for every location every day (and has a very similar color scheme to this blog). That's an incredibly useful feature. I wish all restaurants' websites were this handy.

My post has nothing to do with Mexican food, but I'd thought I would share my
recipe for a fantastic dessert at Souplantation.
1. Grab a soup bowl
2. Go to the muffins and get a brownie muffin. Crack the muffin open a bit or crumble on bottom of bowl.
3. go to the soft serve ice cream, and serve on top of brownie. (choc - vanilla swirl is good)
4. Top with fudge sauce and peanuts or granola
Voila! A Lambrusco Sundae!

If you add chocolate chips you get chocolate on top of chocolate on top of chocolate.
